FIX: You receive an application fault in the mngbase!SetManageTerminating function in Host Integration Server 2000

Symptoms

If the account that Microsoft Host Integration Server services are running in cannot access the HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNABASE\Parameters\SNASecurity registry key, you may receive an application fault in the mngbase!SetManageTerminating function when you save changes to the Host Integration Server configuration. A typical Dr. Watson log will be similar to the following:

Service pack information

Hotfix information

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
