Dynamically adding and removing an IFRAME with filters causes Internet Explorer 6 to crash

Symptoms

If the script on a Web page adds and removes IFRAMEs dynamically, and an IFRAME displays an image by using the AlphaImageLoader transform, the combination of both causes Internet Explorer to crash after a few iterations.

Hotfix information
