The following knowledgebase will help you to resolve migration issue from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2007

Symptoms

After completing mailbox migration from Lotus Notes 6.x, 7.x to Exchange 2007, by using Microsoft Transporter Suite,

the following symptoms may appears:

1. Email with Hebrew content may become blank.

2. Attachments with Hebrew Names may change its file extension/s and/or file name/s.

Cause


Lotus Notes�use attached file that has an associated "$FILE" property with the "File Name".

the mapping to "$MAPI_AttachmentMap" property doesn't work as it should.
