Windows Marketplace image optimization for Azure

Introduction

Windows operating system (OS) images for Windows Server and Windows 10 are offered by Microsoft on Azure Marketplace. These images are optimized for Azure experience and performance catering toward general usage. You may add your own customizations such as Azure Image Builder onto the Marketplace image to build your own Windows custom image for your specific needs. The Marketplace images are updated and released regularly each month with the latest security fixes to keep your system environment safe.
