July 2019 cumulative update 7.0.2046.123 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server

This update fixes several issues in Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server. The version number of this update is 7.0.2046.123.

This update fixes the following issues:

• KB 4503621 "Call was not completed or has ended" error when you make a call with a federated user in Skype for Business Server 2019
• KB 4503623 Can’t call Exchange UM Subscriber Access or Auto Attendant if the contact object is homed on a Skype for Business Server 2019 pool
• KB 4487819 Intranet URI is still filtered even if IgnoreLocal is set to True in Set-CsImFilterConfiguration in Skype for Business Server 2019
• KB 3141120 Call transfer from a PSTN call to a federated user fails in Skype for Business Server 2019

Removal information

You must uninstall all cumulative updates of core components that are at version 7.0.2046.123 or a later version before you uninstall the cumulative updates for Skype for Business Server 2019 (Front End server and Edge server) that are at 7.0.2046.116 or a later version. Otherwise, you won't be able to start the RTCSRV service.

To remove both updates, follow these steps.

1. Open Control Panel, and then select Program.
2. Select Installed Updates.
3. Uninstall all updates of core components that are of version 7.0.2046.123 or a later version.
4. Uninstall the following update for Skype for Business Server 2019 (Front End server and Edge server) that is of version 7.0.2046.116:
   
   Press and hold (or right-click) Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server (KB4499991) with version 7.0.2046.123. Then, select Uninstall.
   
   Press and hold (or right-click) Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server (KB4506173) with version 7.0.2046.116. Then, select Uninstall.
