Administrator audit logging doesn't record any details of the Set-ServerComponentState cmdlet in an Exchange Server 2013 or Exchange Server 2016 environment.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Set-ServerComponentState cmdlet is not logged by the AdminAuditLogProvisioning handler.

Resolution

Exchange Server 2016

To resolve this issue, install Cumulative Update 9 for Exchange Server 2016 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016.

Exchange Server 2013

To resolve this issue, install Cumulative Update 20 for Exchange Server 2013 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2013.
