Get-CalendarDiagnosticAnalysis shows DateTime in 12-hour clock in Exchange Server 2016 and 2013

Symptoms

In Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Server 2013 on-premises, when you run the Get-CalendarDiagnosticAnalysis cmdlet, the output shows an incorrect end-time for the meeting/appointment. The DateTime value is shown in 12-hour clock format, not in 24-hour clock format.

Cause

This issue occurs because the DateTime value uses 12-hour clock format instead of 24-hour clock format.
