FIX: Microsoft.Data.SAPClient.dll does not support SNC parameters to establish a secure network connection between BizTalk Server and SAP

To establish a secure network connection between Microsoft BizTalk Server and SAP, Secure Network Communications (SNC) must be enabled. However, the connection string for the Microsoft.Data.SAPClient.dll dynamic link library (DLL) does not support the SNC parameters. Therefore, SNC is disabled during the connection.

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:

       Cumulative Update 4 for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
