FIX: Unable to send ACKs if Transaction Set List is enabled in BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Assume that you are using EDISend pipeline in Microsoft BizTalk Server and you may notice that the outgoing acknowledgments (ACKs) fail with the following errors:

997's failed:
There was a failure executing the send pipeline: "Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiSend, Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.EdiPipelines, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=TokenID, " Source: "EDI Assembler" 
Reason: Message Type 997 is not allowed as part of the Agreement.

TA1's failed:
There was a failure executing the send pipeline: "Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiSend, Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.EdiPipelines, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=TokenID, " Source: "EDI Assembler" 
Reason: Message Type Root is not allowed as part of the Agreement.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:

       Cumulative Update 4 for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016
