Symptoms

After you run an ASP.NET application that uses the Host Integration Server 2000 OLE DB Provider for DB2, if you then run another application that also uses the Host Integration Server 2000 OLE DB Provider for DB2 (this application may not be using .NET), you may receive an internal network library (NetLib) error in the second application.

Although you may receive a NetLib error in this second application, the ASP.NET application will continue to work correctly.

A user mode debug of the failing application may show a first chance exception in MSEIDRDA!ReserveSlot.
