Symptoms

When you call SubmitSync/Submit by using a document that starts with a null character, the submission fails and you receive the following error message:
The submit method did not contain a document or file path.

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
