Description of FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions Security update: September 25, 2002

Microsoft has released an update for FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions. This update fixes a specific security issue with the FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions.

How to Download and Install the Update

To download the FrontPage Server Extensions update, visit one of the following Microsoft Web sites:

• Use the following Microsoft Web site if you use Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows 95, or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0:

• Use the following Microsoft Web site if you use Microsoft Windows 2000:

• Use the following Microsoft Web site if you use Microsoft Windows XP:

When you receive a prompt to download or save the file, select to save the file to your desktop. To install the update, double-click the file that you downloaded to your desktop, and then follow the instructions for the installation.
