Symptoms

When you try to delete a message from the Inbox, or move messages between folders in your messaging client program, you may receive the following error message:
The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied.

Cause

This behavior may occur in the following situation:
A Web-store event sink is registered or enabled either locally for the mailbox, or globally for the mailbox store.

The mailbox has exceeded its storage quota limit.
