To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Select the "Background Printing" Check Box
1. | In PowerPoint, click Options on the Tools menu. |
2. | On the Print tab, click to select the Background printing check box, and then click OK. |
Method 2: Clear the "Print Inserted Objects at Printer Resolution" Check Box
1. | In PowerPoint, click Options on the Tools menu. |
2. | On the Print tab, click to clear the Print inserted objects at printer resolution check box, and then click OK. |
Method 3: Edit the Object in Place
1. | Right-click the embedded Excel object in the PowerPoint slide. |
2. | On the shortcut menu, point to Worksheet Object, and then click Edit. |
3. | When you finish editing the object, click outside the object in any area of the slide. |
