NDR after you accept or decline a meeting request in Exchange 2013

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

After you connect to Exchange Server 2013 by using an online mode profile, you may receive a non-delivery report (NDR) after you click Accept or Decline on a new meeting request.

For example, consider the following scenario:
  • The server is running Exchange Server 2013 with Cumulative Update 9 or a later cumulative update applied.
  • Your Outlook client is configured to use an online mode profile.
  • You accept or decline a new incoming meeting request.

In this scenario, you receive an NDR for the meeting update that was sent to the meeting organizer. Additionally, the organizer receives the following error message:
NDR 554 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Submit.Exception:TextConvertersException.
