To fix this issue, investigate and fix any issues that you find with the Exchange Connector. For example, a connector may not have been set up, or the account may have an Exchange Connector policy from a previous setup that's causing conflicts.
If you're using Configuration Manager (Unified Management) for Mobile Device Management (MDM), make sure that Mobile Device Security Policies is notpresent in the Policies workspace in the Microsoft Intune admin console. If it is present, delete this policy. Configuration Manager has its own Exchange connector. This connector should be used for MDM and Exchange ActiveSync (EAS). This applies to both Configuration Manager 2012 and Configuration Manager 2012 R2.
All affected policies should be automatically deployed when the Exchange connection is healthy.
