Symptoms

After you install security update 3076895 (this update is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS15-084), you experience the following symptoms for the listed products.

Attachmate Secure IT File TransferClient doesn't load.
IBM Tivoli Storage ManagerBackup services may fail or freeze.
User logon freezes after you provide valid user credentials.
Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection (FEP)Server freezes.
Applications freeze.
Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (Hosted only, On-Premises is not affected) Policies aren't updated.
Client UI may not open.
The portal isn't updated with the status of the client.
