This issue occurs after you install April 2015 cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (MS15-032) on a computer that is running Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8, Windows RT, or Windows Server 2012.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the hotfix that is described in hotfix 3072449.
