When you print the Current Replenishment Needs (41.040.00) report, you receive an assertion failure error message

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Inventory Replenishment in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You setup Inventory Replenishments (41.950.00).
  • In Inventory Sites (10.255.00) on the Replenishment tab, you enter a Replenishment Source and Replenishment Policy.
  • You enter receipts and sales orders for the inventory item.
  • You open Current Replenishment Needs (41.040.00), select the Inventory Items format, and try to print the report.

When you do this, you receive an assertion failure error message, followed by an option to Abort, Retry or Ignore.
