You notice that records are created in the INPrjAllocationLot table with an incorrect Inventory ID

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You open Shipment Confirmation (40.117.00) and paste Inventory IDs and Serial Numbers into the screen.
  • You leave focus on a detail line in the grid and then click Save.  Or you delete a line and save, but with the focus still on a detail line.

When you do this, you notice that InPrjAllocationLot records are created that have incorrect values in InvtID.
