If you attempt to search for Messaging Manager objects in the BizTalk Server Messaging Manager, the following error may occur when you click the Search Now button:

This error may occur even if version 3 of the Microsoft XML parser (Msxml3.dll) is present and registered on your BizTalk Server computer.

Version 2 of the Microsoft XML Parser (Msxml2.dll) is not present or registered on your BizTalk Server 2000 computer.

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1a.

BizTalk Server 2000 SP1a updates the BizTalk Messaging Manager to enable it to use version 3 of the Microsoft XML parser (Msxml3.dll).
