Symptoms

When you use the BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer to bind a COM object to a schedule, the Orchestration Designer may stop responding (hang) when the binding wizard completes.

NOTE: This problem only seems to occur with the French versions of Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Visio 2002, and BizTalk Server 2000.

Cause

The identifier for the inch unit of measurement is specified as "in." However, it should be specified as "IN" in the Orchestration Designer to represent the Visio universal string for the unit of measure "inch."
