Summary

This article is about Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 and Microsoft FrontPage 2002. With the FrontPage Server Extensions, you can generate reports about a Web site and use Server Logs to track and analyze usage of a Web site.

You can view these reports in FrontPage or save them as HTML files to open them in Microsoft Excel if you want to edit or print them.

Save and Print a Report

To generate a report, follow these steps:
  1. On the View menu, click Reports.
  2. On the Reporting toolbar, in the Reports list, point to one of the following reporting options
    Files
    Problems
    Workflow
    Usage
    and then click any item on the menu that appears for the reporting option you selected. For example, if you point to Files, click Recently Added Files.
  3. On the File menu, click Save.
  4. Save the report in your Web as an HTM file.
  5. In Folder view, double-click the file you saved in step 4 to open the file in Excel.
