Internet Explorer 9 or 10 crashes when you open a website that uses the AlphaImageLoader filter

This issue occurs when a website uses the AlphaImageLoader filter on a website element that has a null TreeNode pointer.

Note In Internet Explorer 10, this issue only occurs in document mode that is earlier than Internet Explorer 9.
