Symptoms

You cannot use your keyboard to access or manipulate flowchart shapes when you use Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer.

Cause

Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer depends on Microsoft Visio 2000 to accommodate keyboard accessibility to flowchart shapes. However, Visio 2000 does not provide keyboard accessibility options that access or manipulate flowchart shapes.

Resolution

This functionality is provided in Visio 2002. To incorporate this functionality into Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer, upgrade to Visio 2002.
