When an outgoing rule is processed against a multivalue server variable, Internet Information Services (IIS) URL Rewrite 2.0 may leak memory. This problem occurs if the rule does not match all the values of the variable. For example, if there is an outgoing rule that changes a specific cookie in the Set-Cookie: header when there are multiple cookies set on a response, URL Rewrite may leak memory on each request in which the outgoing rule occurs.
