Update information

To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.

Workaround

To work around this issue, use one of the following workarounds:
  • Configure the Windows desktop theme to Windows 7 Basic or an aero theme except Windows Classic.
  • Print the webpage directly so that you bypass the Print Preview.
