To work around this issue, use one of the following workarounds:

• Configure the Windows desktop theme to Windows 7 Basic or an aero theme except Windows Classic.
• Print the webpage directly so that you bypass the Print Preview.

This issue occurs for one of the following reasons:

• Windows desktop theme is configured to Windows Classic.
• The webpage contains scrollbars.
