Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a Portrait-First device that is running Windows 8.1. 
  • You have update 2904594 installed on the device and update the Intel GFX driver to test build 10.18.10.3341.

    2904594 You cannot duplicate the display to the second monitor on a Portrait-First device that is running Windows 8.1
  • You connect the device to an external display device by using an HDMI cable or a Miracast adapter.
  • You start a camera app or a Skype video call on the device.
In this scenario, the camera image orientation on the viewfinder of the local and the external display is rotated 90 degrees.
