How do I become eligible to participate in and receive online services incentives?

Online Services Advisor volume licensing: Submitting an Online Services Advisor (OSA) Attach form

In order to start accruing fees, you need to be the partner of record for your customers. To become a partner of record, Microsoft requires you to complete and submit an OSA Attach form. The OSA Attach form is used in the Advisor volume licensing incentive to add an advisor as the partner of record for an Enterprise, Enterprise Subscription, Campus/EES, or School agreement.

To get started, you can download the OSA form in English or in multiple languages from the Microsoft Partner Network site, and then submit the completed form to your Regional Service Center (RSC).

I have questions about my fee statement and the payment process

As a Microsoft partner and active participant in the online services incentive programs, you are entitled to payment of fees associated with your customer sales. Your fees are calculated monthly, and are subject to a minimum threshold before you can be paid. These fee calculations, along with a snapshot of your online services activity, are detailed in a statement for each payment cycle, which will explain your fees and any resulting payment. Please note that you will not receive a statement of your fees unless or until you meet the minimum threshold.

Support
