Problem

When you try to switch plans in Office 365, you get the following error message:

Solution

First, make sure that the service health status of the plan for your current subscription doesn't show any issues. Any service health issues that are associated with the plan for your current subscription will prevent you from switching plans and may be the source of the error message.
