The Offline Address Book in Outlook for Mac 2011 does not update from an Office 365 Exchange mailbox

Symptoms

Assume that you�re running Outlook for Mac 2011, and you connect to an Office 365 Exchange mailbox. You discover that your Offline Address Book contains old entries or that some new updates are missing. In this situation, you may not receive an updated Offline Address Book until after you delete your current Offline Address Book files and download new Offline Address Book files.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the 14.3.2 update for Outlook for Mac 2011.
