The Text to Speech operation pauses when you move the Text To Speech toolbar while the contents of the workbook cells are being "spoken" by Microsoft Excel.

This behavior occurs because the Text To Speech feature in Excel 2002 is designed to pause when Excel receives any mouse or keyboard input; when you move the toolbar, this is interpreted as user input.
