INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You insert the date and time into a document by using the Date & Time menu item in the Insert menu in Microsoft Office Word 2003.
    • You copy the date and time text, and then you paste the text as Formatted Text (RTF) into a PowerPoint presentation in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.
    • You click Language in the Tools menu in PowerPoint 2003. Then, you set the language of the presentation to no proofing.
    • You save and then close the presentation.
    • You open the presentation in PowerPoint 2010.
    In this scenario, the date and time are not displayed in the presentation.
