Unable to Save Changes Made in FlexKey Definition

Symptoms

When you make changes in the FlexKey Definition (21.320.00) screen the Save button is disabled.

Cause

Starting in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 Service Pack 1, you must be in Initialize mode to change Flexkey Definitions.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, start Initialize mode before you enter the screen.
  1. From the Actions button select Initialize Mode.
  2. Open the Flexkey Definition (21.320.00) screen.
  3. Make any necessary changes.
  4. Save the changes and exit the screen.
  5. On the Actions menu select Initialize Mode to exit Init mode.
