Symptoms

After you click "Begin Processing" in Subcontract Payment Review and Approval or Automatic Payment Analysis The screen crashes.

Cause

User Account Control (UAC) is blocking the process

Resolution

Turn off UAC.


1. Click Start
2. In the search text box type "uac"
3. Select Change User Account Control Settings
4. Turn UAC down to the never notify position.
5. Restart the computer
