Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You open the Solomon.ini file.
  • Under the heading [Database Runtime], you add the line AutoTranslate=No.
  • You print the Sales Journal (40.690.00) report.

In this scenario, you receive the following error message:

SQL Server Message 79

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]COUNT field incorrect or syntax error

Resolution

Hotfix information for Microsoft Dynamics SL
