This hotfix rollup also includes fixes for the following issues in TFS 2010:
After rebuilding the warehouse, the test adapter handles two main workloads. The workloads pump data from the project collection database to the warehouse and process deletion events. The changes in this hotfix rollup make the test adapter avoid deletion event processing. This reduces the running time dramatically. This change applies only to the first time that you run the test adapter after rebuilding the warehouse.
Other changes that are introduced in this hotfix rollup improve the reliability of deletion event processing by implementing batching that scales with data size. Additionally, this hotfix rollup improves the performance of the test adapter when it pumps data into the warehouse.
This hotfix rollup does not initiate a rebuild operation of the warehouse during installation. Additionally, you do not need to rebuild the warehouse after installing this hotfix rollup.
2725894 FIX: You cannot connect to a project in a Team Foundation Server 2010 server

2687761 FIX: Merge results between two branches are incorrect after you roll back a merge of a renamed folder, and corrupted file content is saved in Team Foundation Server 2010 version control
2655761 FIX: Time out occurs when Team Foundation builds are waiting for build agent reservations in Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010
