OFF2000: Buffer Overflow When You Open a Malformed HTML File

Symptoms

When you rename an HTML file with an Office file extension, a buffer overflow is generated when the file contains an object tag of the form shown in the following:
<OBJECT data="aaaa[lots more a's, about 45,000]></OBJECT>
A warning/confirmation dialog box appears, but the failure occurs regardless of whether you click Yes, No, or Cancel.
