Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics SL:
  • The current shipping and receiving schedule by item or SOPlan record has a planref value of 99999.
  • This table is automatically created by the Allocation process and is used to display item availability.
  • After the SOPlan.planref value reaches 99999, you try to enter another sales order for the item. 

In this scenario, you receive the following error message:

System message 6909 Another process has added the soplan record.

Hotfix information for Microsoft Dynamics SL
