Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics SL:


  • You set up Quick Send for DD Advice Slip Stubs in Quick Send Setup (21.951.00).
  • You set up employees to receive Quick Send DD Advice Slips in Employee Maintenance (02.250.00).
  • While you are printing direct deposit advice slips in Direct Deposit Advice Slips (02.635.00), the system crashes. This might occur because of a power outage, a network failure, a computer restart, or the ending of a task.
  • You restart the Quick Send process.

In this scenario, an employee may receive another employee's direct deposit advice slip, or employees may receive duplicate advice slips.
