Incorrect search results for numbers that are longer than nine digits in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008

To resolve this issue, install the following hotfix, and then rebuild the index. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Restart the computer.
2. Open Control Panel, and then click Indexing Options.
3. Select Advanced, and then click Rebuild.
