Consider the following scenario in Service Call Entry (SD.200.00) in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:
When you do this, you notice that the customer ID on the Service Call is changed to the new customer ID that you selected. The expectation is that, as soon as a Service Call is entered for a customer, the customer ID cannot be changed.
- You access Service Call Entry (SD.200.00).
- You enter a Service Call for a customer, and you save the Service Call.
- You click the Customer Lookup icon next to Cust ID.
- You select a different customer.
