You receive System Message 6201 when you print an Order Management Invoice in a company that does not use the Inventory module

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 Service Pack 1 (SP1):

You try to print an Order Management Invoice (40.680.00) in a database for which there is no Inventory Setup record. When you do this, you receive a message that states that OM has stopped working, and then you receive a message that resembles the following:

System Message 6201

Report execution failed. Error = 56029 Error Printing Report The ) is missing.
Details: errorKind
Error in File 40680 {25CEDDF0-36E9-4C27-8F25-71C8BF3FC9B2}.rpt:
Error in formula Record_Selection:
