Internet Explorer 9 crashes when you create a PDF from the Nuance PDF toolbar

Summary

When you use the Nuance PDF toolbar plugin to create a .pdf file, Windows Internet Explorer 9 crashes or freezes. This problem does not occur in Internet Explorer 8.

Resolution

An update to the Nuance PDF toolbar that fixes the compatibility issue is not available yet.

To resolve this incompatibility, disable the�Nuance PDF toolbar by following these steps:
  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
  2. Open a new Internet Explorer window.
  3. When you receive the Nuance PDF toolbar incompatibility notification, click�Keep it disabled or ignore the notification.
Note �Nuance PDF toolbar may not work correctly when the�toolbar is disabled.
