To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.

Method 1: Update to the latest version of Internet Download Manager

Some versions of Internet Download Manager are�incompatible with Internet Explorer 9. Update to the latest version of Internet Download Manager to fix the compatibility issue. Method 2: Disable the Internet Download Manager

To disable the Internet Download Manager, follow these steps:
  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.

  3. When you receive the Internet Download Manager incompatibility notification, click Keep it disabled or ignore the notification.
Note �Internet Download Manager may not work correctly when the add-in is disabled.
