Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. In Application Server in a Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3) environment, you click the Start button on the Application Server (96.010.00) screen. You let the application server run in the background as usual. In this scenario, you eventually receive the following error message:

Resolution
