Symptoms

You try to join a conference that is hosted on a Microsoft Lync 2010 server. The Lync 2010 server has a conference disclaimer configured. You join the conference by using an Office Communicator Object Model (OCOM). However, the conference disclaimer is missing from the Disclaimer window.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Disclaimer window is not created when the OnModePropertyChange event for the ConferenceProperty_ConferenceDisclaimer property is triggered. The User Interface (UI) relies on this event to display the disclaimer in the Disclaimer window.
