How to reactivate Office Professional Plus in Office 365 pre-upgrade for the same user or a different user

This article describes how to reactivate Microsoft Office Professional Plus in Microsoft Office 365 pre-upgrade for the same user or a different user.�

In some cases, you may have to reset the user ID that is assigned to an Office Professional Plus installation. For example, you may have to do this when a computer is transferred to a different user. In this situation, the previous user's user ID information may remain on the computer and must be reset.

To reactivate Office Professional Plus with the same user

Run the following command from a command line:
