Resolution

To resolve this behavior, copy the contents of the Msinfo folder from the Office 2000 CD to your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
1.On the Office 2000 CD, locate the folder:
\Pfiles\Common\Msshared\Msinfo

2.Copy the contents of the Msinfo folder on the CD to the Msinfo folder on your hard disk drive. The default location is:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Msinfo

3.If prompted, replace any files in the Msinfo folder.
NOTE: Reinstall or Repair will not replace this file and the Windows Installer will not automatically replace it.
