When submitting changes using the SubmitChanges of the
RDS.DataControl or the RDSServer.DataFactory the user may see the following
error message:
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97
Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file
'C:\WINDOWS\system32'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you
need permission to view its data.
NOTE: The above error is for Access databases ONLY. The problem may
occur with other databases, with different error messages.
Also
note: This problem only occurs on the SubmitChanges. Querying the database does
not cause the above error. If you are receiving an error querying a database,
